Energy Star
Money isn't all you're saving!
The Energy Star label is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy. The Energy Star label is awarded to consumer products including electronics, appliances, heating/ventilation/cooling equipment, insulation, windows, roofing materials, and even homes that use considerably less energy than comparable, benchmark products.

As a result, simply choosing Energy Star products reduces your home operating expenses and cuts down on greenhouse gas, ozone depleting, and toxic emissions!

The En-House has a wide range of information on the Energy Star program and can help you make an informed decision for your next purchase.

For more information on the Energy Star products and homes, as well as information on where to find products locally, visit http://www.energystar.gov or review the research project conducted by the En-House in the year 2000 on the Energy Star Program in Ann Arbor.
